Thank you for joining the United Staff of Columbia College Chicago!
As a part of our onboarding process, we have created an Online Interactive Orientation that provides all the information you need to know about our Union. First, you will hear from the founding members on the origins of USofCC and why they felt it was necessary to form a union. You will learn about the many positions in the Union and how you can get involved. Lastly, and most importantly, you will know the fundamental benefits and rights that you have as a Union Member, as well as the resources that are available to you.
This orientation will likely take no longer than 1 hour to complete. The module is divided into three sections, which you can complete in one sitting or return to anytime to complete or review.
