What’s a Bargaining Unit?
The Bargaining Unit is everyone who by law, is represented by the USofCC. Everyone covered by the contract. All who have a voice in deciding their working conditions, compensation, and benefits.
This list is created by the Human Resources Dept. of the college according to national labor law. Sometimes there are inaccuracies in the list.
